Chickadee is hiring an Executive Sous Chef! This position requires a minimum of three years kitchen management experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant (AOS degree in Culinary Arts and ServSafe certification is a plus). The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, great pallette, and an eye for detail. This individual should possess strong leadership and communication skills, sense of urgency, and an ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively.
