As Room Service Cashier, you will
- Respond graciously to all room service orders, providing menu offerings and helpful suggestions, estimating delivery time and check information, to provide an excellent guest experience.
- Expedite accurate orders to kitchen and delivery staff, clearly noting special requests and guest count to ensure correct settings and condiments, for optimal guest experience and cost control. Accurately process guest checks and cash handling.
- Pitch in and do the right thing. Complete shift sidework to help your fellow associates and enable focused guest care. Enthusiastically respond to guest needs, issues and comments without delay, sharing important info with the shift supervisor.
This is an overnight position from 11:00pm to 6:00am. The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English is required, with a second language helpful. One year’s experience in a food services field is also helpful. The ability to operate a computer, cash register, calculator, and multi-line telephone system is required.
