The Bar Manager will be expected to oversees the staff and operations of the bar, making sure it’s clean, functioning efficiently and inviting for customers to relax in.
Other duties include scheduling employees and building their shift calendars, managing and resolving customer complaints and ensuring the bar’s inventory is well-stocked.
Help the restaurant exceed in service, sales and profit objectives.
Cocktail menu creation, beer and wine knowledge
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- In depth knowledge of hospitality, food and beverage, service industry
- Problem solving skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to delegate, and multi task in a high paced environment
