Capo Restaurant is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef. Applicants should have 2-4 years of experience in a pastry position in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. Previous management experience is desired, but not required. They are looking for someone who has a great deal of energy and drive as well as passion for great food. The Pastry Sous Chef will work hand in hand with the Executive pastry chef to run all day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen: production, ordering, managing a close-knit team, maintaining their high standards.
