Join the family! Cafe du Pays is currently looking for full time line cooks. Both AM and PM shifts, weekend availability a must! Professional kitchen experience required. Must be quick moving, energetic, and have a positive attitude. They offer competitive pay and benefits after 60 days, as well as a revenue sharing program where 5% of food sales is shared among back of house employees on a monthly basis. During their first 4 months of revenue sharing, the bonus on top of hourly wages has been an average of $2-$2.50
Café du Pays (opened July 2017) is inspired by French Canadian culture and food. The menu, developed by Head Chef Dan Amighi, showcases the hearty cuisine, balanced with lighter New England seafood and produce. The bar features Quebec and New England breweries, French wines and spirits, and a list of cocktails with inspiration and ingredients from Canada down through Massachusetts.
Applicants without the preferred amount of experience may be considered for other back of house positions within their growing restaurant group.
