Buttermilk & Bourbon, Jason Santos’ restaurant in Boston’s Back Bay, is looking to hire a very experienced sous chef to join the team. We are expanding shortly and looking for this candidate to ultimately take over as the Chef De Cuisine after a few months.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years fine dining experience, possess good leadership and organizational skills, has excellent culinary knowledge and strong communication skills and has the ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively.
