Buttermilk & Bourbon, Jason Santos’ restaurant in Boston’s Back Bay is looking to hire a very experienced Sous Chef to join the team. They are expanding shortly and looking for great candidates.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years fine dining experience, possess good leadership and organizational skills, has excellent culinary knowledge, strong communication and has the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively.
