Roles and responsibilities include 

  • Full accountability for the people, profitability, service, and operations of the area. 
  • Driving for continuous improvement for the team experience, guest experience, restaurant operations 
  • Being a visible, positive, and active presence in the restaurants, meeting guests every day 
  • Leading, developing, motivating, and coaching teams to excel in their roles and meet succession planning goal for all levels 
  • Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures 
  • Identifying and going after growth opportunities 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in experience as a Director of Operations or Area Manager responsible for at least 3 units, preferably both fine dining and fast-casual restaurants 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal 
  • Some local travel across venues is required 
  • Operations Manager is responsible for managing multiple full-service and fast-casual restaurants in the Boston Area. 
  • High-profile hospitality group, with casual-upscale and fast-casual restaurants.
