Broadway Restaurant Group – Event Manager

The team behind Lincoln Tavern, Capo and Hunter’s Kitchen is seeking an ambitious events manager to support private event sales and execution.

Event Manager Responsibility List

  • Detail all events from start to finish: including food, beverage, décor, billing and other special requests
  • Understand current BRG financial picture and create event experiences that maximize operations for all restaurants
  • Communicate effectively with BRG operations to create and communicate food and beverage event offerings
  • Inform and guide restaurant teams for event operations and staffing
  • Participating in relevant networking events
  • Work within brand standards, guidelines, fonts and style guides for all guest facing materials
  • Update events software  (TripleSeat) whenever necessary
  • Respond to event leads and potential event clients with timely, thoughtful and thorough communication
  • Develop and execute event follow up, encouraging repeat bookings and return regular guests
  • Develop and pursue new catering leads for BRG restaurants

  • Ambitious, organized, team player
  • Works well under pressure/tight deadlines
  • “never say no,” hospitality-driven attitude
  • 1-3 years in hospitality or event management
