Brasserie – Chef de Cuisine & Sous Chef

The team behind Brasserie has begun construction on their next project and Chef Nick Intonti, Brasserie’s current CDC, needs to transition to this new project. They are looking for either a Chef de Cuisine or a Sous Chef that will become the CDC imminently. If you are ambitious, innovative, and energetic, they need you. French culinary experience is a plus but not a must.

Competitive compensation based on your experience. Additional benefits include parking, 1/2 health insurance, paid time off, two weeks vacation.
