The team behind Brasserie has begun construction on their next project and Chef Nick Intonti, Brasserie’s current CDC, needs to transition to this new project. They are looking for either a Chef de Cuisine or a Sous Chef that will become the CDC imminently. If you are ambitious, innovative, and energetic, they need you. French culinary experience is a plus but not a must.
