Brant Point Grill – Pastry Chef

The White Elephant’s restaurant, the Brant Point Grill offers some of the finest dining to be found on Nantucket.

In addition to superlative lunch and dinners, the Brant Point Grill boasts a sumptuous breakfast and Sunday brunch.

They are now accepting applications for the 2021 seasonal position of Pastry Chef, who will be responsible for menu planning as well as the supervision of all pastry employees.

This position starts in April and runs through December.

This position is responsible for the plan, prep, set up and preparation in all areas of the Pastry/Bake department to include, but not limited to, pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces.

Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
