Branch Line – Sous Chef

Branch Line is seeking a Sous Chef to join their leadership team. Branch Line is neighborhood rotisserie and wood fire grill in Watertown. Their menu centers around a beautiful, French Rotisol rotisserie and a custom built oak-fired grill. As Sous Chef, you will help lead a hard working, inspired kitchen team dedicated to meeting the standards of Branch Line culinary operations. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Commitment to teaching, supporting, and motivating the team of cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers.
  • Kitchen Operations: Contribute to daily operations of the kitchen and become proficient across all stations.
  • Menu Development and Creativity: Participate creatively in seasonal menu changes and specials.
  • Financial: Contribute to management of food and labor costs as well as develop an understanding of how this supports their overall success.
