Branch Line, Watertown’s rotisserie and wood-fire grill, is seeking a rounds cook looking to grow into a Sous Chef. This position works closely with a Chef leadership team that is obsessive about food, collaborative, and hospitality-focused. The overall team is diverse and spans a wide range of experience levels. In this role you will focus on learning all of the stations and rotate through them on the schedule. Over time you will get involved in training new cooks with a goal of joining the leadership team. You will determine the pace of this growth, but they anticipate within a year for the right person.
