Branch Line – Hospitality Manager

Scope & General Purpose: Lead and manage during busy weeknight and weekend services at Branch Line, with a focus on overall guest experience and service execution. The primary focuses of this role will be in-service leadership, connecting with guests, and daily operational tasks.

Schedule: Open Availability. Shifts spread between weekday and weeknight evenings, weekend daytimes, and daytime administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Always model the highest standards of service and hospitality through sense of urgency and guest connection
  • Lead, manage and coach all FOH team members with empathy while upholding standards for hospitality, service, and education.
  • Create memorable guest experiences and look to create new regulars for Branch Line
  • Review and adjust OpenTable in alignment with business volume
  • Make floor maps, adjust staffing thoughtfully
  • Execute and support the training of new hires in accordance with outlined procedures
  • Assist in upholding FOH expectations including pace, relentless prioritization of guests, and table stakes menu knowledge
  • Update and print menus
  • Update all digital platforms to reflect current menu offerings
  • Program Toast, Doordash accordingly
  • Contribute to nightly management log used to continually refine operations and guest experience
  • Execute private events & support catering, in the restaurant space
  • Communicate physical plant concerns within nightly manager log, ensure the team is aware
  • Handle paid outs, deposits, and tips, log into excel sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $62,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
