This position is responsible for production of all pastries for the hotel (in conjunction with the rest of the pastry team).
• Production of all pastry products in pastry shop.
• Helps maintain high level of sanitation and safety as set forth by the Pastry Chef.
• Maintains consistent high quality product as set forth by the Pastry Chef.
• Maintains a positive attitude and professional disposition.
• Maintains a full line of communication with supervisors.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job.
Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. The hotel functions seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours per day, including all holidays.
