- Sales Growth and Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Control costs and expenses while maintaining the highest quality standards in all aspects of operations.
- Monitor key financial metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of front of the house professionals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
- Implement performance management processes to recognize top performers, provide coaching and feedback, and address underperformance.

- Maintain and enforce high-quality standards for food, beverages, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth, increasing profitability, and achieving business targets.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
