Independently owned catering co, running a private cafe in downtown Boston seeking an Exp. Cook to create interesting salads, hors d’oeuvres, food displays for lunches and parties. Excellent knife skills, understanding of flavors and seasoning and an artistic eye a must. Exp. in catering a big plus. This is a small team, so being able to communicate and get along with others is very important. Must be able to read and follow a recipe as well as a true liking of the food world. This is a full time position, generally 6 am to 3 pm , Mon-Fri with some evenings.
