Bodega Canal, a Mexican restaurant, bar, and nightlife venue located at 57 Canal St. near the TD Garden, is looking to hire an Executive Sous Chef. They offer casual Mexican cuisine based around tacos and shared plates.
Responsibilities will include expediting and/or working the line, managing, training, and scheduling kitchen staff, collaborating with the culinary director on menu items, ordering food and maintaining quality and safety standards, and working with the culinary director and general manager on cost control. This is a 40-50 hour a week position where you will be in charge of a high volume kitchen on a nightly basis.
Bodega Canal is open for dinner 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday and are closed every Sunday and Monday.
