Blue Dragon – Sous Chef

Blue Dragon, Chef Ming Tsai’s Asian Gastro-Pub in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood of South Boston is seeking a qualified and experienced Sous Chef to join their team.

Idea candidates will have relevant industry experience that includes leading a line staff of 20+ employees, managing the pace with a high volume kitchen, assisting with menu development and maintaining restaurant overall quality control. Blue Dragon prides itself on its dynamic, family-oriented and loyal team and the ideal candidate must have passion and a love of food!

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years experience as a sous chef and be ready to work as part of a dynamic, family-oriented and loyal team. Must also have passion and love of food! This is a full-time position with benefits and salary commiserate with experience.
