Idea candidates will have relevant industry experience that includes leading a line staff of 20+ employees, managing the pace with a high volume kitchen, assisting with menu development and maintaining restaurant overall quality control. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years experience as a sous chef and be ready to work as part of a dynamic, family-oriented and loyal team. Must also have passion and love of food! This is a full-time position with benefits and salary commiserate with experience.
