Chef Ming Tsai‘s restaurant Blue Dragon is looking to add a Restaurant/Bar Manager to his team. The perfect candidate will have an energetic, positive presence and a passion for fine food and wine. 3 years restaurant experience required. Responsibilities will include training staff, managing the dining room and bar and designing and executing the bar program. Candidates should also possess a true appreciation for hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both guests and the FOH team. He or she will be detail oriented and have great communication skills. Hours are flexible.
