Ideal candidate will have 5-years minimum experience to oversee all front of house operations. Blue Dragon is seeking candidates that will lead the front of house and partner with the Chef de Cuisine on the overall management of the restaurant. He/She will be passionate about food and beverage and be key in curating a positive culture and environment for their team.
Blue Dragon is also well known for safely handling and serving customers with food allergies. It is vital that the right candidate understands the importance and role Blue Dragon maintains within the food allergy community.
Salary commensurate on experience.
