Blue Dragon, Chef Ming Tsai’s Asian Gastro-Pub located in the Fort Point neighborhood of South Boston is looking to add an Assistant Restaurant Manager to his team. The perfect candidate will have an energetic, positive presence and a passion for food and wine. Candidate should have at least three years of experience with both wine, beer and cocktail programs and extensive wine and beer knowledge. Responsibilities will include training staff, liquor/beer/wine ordering and inventory as well as managing the dining room. Candidates should also possess a true appreciation for hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both guests and the FOH and BOH team. He or she will be detail oriented and have great communication skills.
