The team behind Bar Mezzana and Shore Leave is looking for sous chef candidates to help open Black Lamb, their upcoming restaurant located in the South End. Candidates should possess a desire to make great food and work in a team environment.
This position requires a minimum of two years kitchen management experience in a scratch kitchen, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a food professional with great technique, understands the importance of tasting food, and has an eye for detail.
The candidate should possess:

- An ability to multi-task
- Troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
