They are seeking a Sous Chef to join their family and help lead the team. Black Lamb is a collaborative environment that fosters education and growth. They are seeking those who are of similar mind and will strive to exceed guests’ expectations through hard work, passion, kindness and originality.

Candidates should be motivated, patient, collaborative, and humble. They are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills who can manage day to day operations. A Sous Chef that aims for balance between upholding the standards set by the company and Chef de Cuisine, and maintaining a safe and happy work environment. 

Applicants must have prior management experience. 

They are currently offering new full-time employees a $500 signing bonus after 3 months with the company.
