A bartender is an ambassador of the restaurant’s culture to our guests. This role sets the stage for the guest experience by providing attentive, efficient service and by being all-knowing regarding the menu and beverage and wine offerings. The Bartender is a role model for the restaurant, staying cool under pressure and comfortable with accountability.
Working with the Beverage Director, this role will help craft cocktail offerings and curate our spirits selections. This person works with a strong attention to detail and directs the activities of their support staff while guiding the guest through unique experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 2-4 years previous experience as a bartender. Knowledge of classic cocktails and old world wines is preferred. Ideal candidates have a passion for learning, and a desire to be part of both a familial, and disciplined team of professionals.
While 2+ years of experience is preferred, character and passion are as important as experience.
