Bistro du Midi, in the Back Bay, is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager. $1,000 hiring bonus for the right candidate. BdM is a lovely restaurant overlooking the Public Garden with a more casual bistro downstairs and a more fine dining restaurant on the second floor. Chef/Partner Robert Sisca servers French cuisine inspired by coastal New England.
Applicants should have a strong passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
The team is looking for managers who enjoy participating in a lively lunch and dinner service, work to educate and inspire their staff as well as commit to great hospitality for their guests. Duties would include working with the host team to maximize reservations, supporting service staff during service, office administration, and working as a team with both Front and Back of House management.
They are seeking smart, hard working individuals with a desire to work in a dual casual and fine dining environment and are able to execute private dining. Experience is preferred, but they are always willing to train and develop the right candidate with a passion to further their career in hospitality industry.
Bistro du Midi managers are offered $50k-$75k as well as excellent benefits including insurance, parking, dining, paid vacations and holidays. $1,000 hiring bonus for the right candidate.
