BISq was named “The 35 Best Bar in Boston 2019” “Best Restaurant in Boston 2019” “Top 15 Boston’s Best Restaurant” by Boston Magazine in 2018, “America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants in 2016”. Their culinary efforts, led by Chef Alex Saenz, are focused on small plates with the use of fresh and local ingredients as much as possible. He/she will be in direct contact working alongside Chef Saenz and his professional team. This is a great opportunity to grow and learn while having fun cooking delicious and creative dishes in this new kitchen.
With this goal in mind, service is warm and casual with all of the trappings of fine dining and none of the fuss. The right candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working on a professional kitchen and should have the desire to learn, master his/her skills and grow in this wonderful industry.
This person needs to be friendly, genuine, courteous, and honest. Candidates must have an innate sense of hospitality, strong work ethic, solid leadership skills, goal-oriented, highly organize and have a positive attitude.
