FULL-TIME/PART-TIME PREP-COOK FOR UPSCALE RESTAURANT and RETAIL BAKERY.
Candidate for prep-cook position with prior experience preferred but willing to train.
This individual will work under the guidance of sous-chef and chef/owner to execute dishes from upscale menu of restaurant set to open in March 2021.
Day and evening shifts available for the individual with a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
As a prep cook, the candidate will be working off of a prep list created by kitchen management for items to be served in both the restaurant and retail bakery.
Candidate MUST be able to work neatly and efficiently and keep his/her work area impeccably clean and sanitized throughout the course of the day.
