FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LINE COOK FOR UPSCALE RESTAURANT and RETAIL BAKERY.
Candidate for line cook position with prior experience preferred but willing to train.
This individual will work under the guidance of sous-chef and chef/owner to execute dishes from upscale menu of restaurant, set to open in March 2021.
Afternoon-evening shifts available for the individual with a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
As a line cook, the candidate will be working in a fast-paced, creative kitchen and will need to execute dishes for dine-in and take-out for the
restaurant as well as prepare bulk items to be sold in the retail bakery such as soups, salads, sandwiches and items to be sold as “prepared dishes”.
Candidate MUST be able to work neatly and efficiently and keep his/her work area impeccably clean and sanitized throughout the course of the day.
