Bin 26 enoteca is an 18 year old Italian concept and wine bar looking for a motivated floor manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, wine and food. The position is a full time position. Weekend availability is critical. Room to grow with more opportunities and responsibilities given the right fit. `
Responsibilities include: Managing the floor, hosting, greeting guests, touching tables, working with hosts, conducting the floor and managing the pace of service, working with the kitchen to update the food menu if there are 86’s. Communication is key, as well as continual education and helping service staff improve etc.
Bin 26 is a fun concept, not quite fine dining, not fast casual dining either, but maybe somewhere in between. We are looking for someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously but takes the job of hospitality, food and wine seriously.
