Bianca is seeking a passionate, thoughtful and strategic leader to join their team as General Manager. Candidates will need to be humble, intentional, playful and curious. They will possess a genuinely positive attitude and inherent sense of urgency. As Bianca is a casual neighborhood restaurant built for high volume with fine dining sensibility, it’s General Manager will need to be detail oriented while keeping a big picture scope. Bianca being a relatively new restaurant (opened August 2020) this is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to put their mark on the restaurant and guide it into this new phase of its maturation.
- Oversee the day to day operation and success of the restaurant.
- Ensure the financial health of the restaurant by driving revenue, managing labor and cost of goods.
- Think strategically about the restaurant to continue to evolve and improve.
- Create regulars through creative hospitality with the end goal of surprise and delight.
- Coach and train managers and line staff to uphold service standards.
Previous Management experience required. Previous General Management experience strongly preferred but not required.
