B&G Oysters is seeking a Rounds Cook to join their team. The team at B&G is tenured and capable and works very well together. It is a great place to work!
B&G Oysters is a busy neighborhood oyster bar and seafood restaurant open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner in the South End. They offer street seating, patio seating, limited indoor dining, and a takeout menu.
The Rounds Cook will ideally have at least 2 years experience with fish cookery and high volume operations and will be able to run cold side, hot side, and shucking stations. A culinary degree and certifications in Serv Safe and MA Food Allergen training are preferred.
This is a full time position offering a competitive hourly rate of pay and benefits.
Weekend availability is a must as well as evenings. Candidates should also be able to converse in Spanish.
