Barbara Lynch Collective is seeking a warm, dynamic, and passionate leader to join the team at B&G Oysters, Chef Barbara Lynch’s award winning South End oyster bar, as an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: guest relations, assisting in managing the floor on a daily/nightly basis, leading a team of seasoned service staff, and helping to manage and maintain inventories. Dedicated time will be distributed evenly between both restaurants.
- Applicants should possess an innate sense of hospitality, empathy and humility coupled with a strong work ethic and desire to lead.
- Applicants should be motivated, flexible and able to multitask and possess great organizational and prioritization skills.
- Applicants should have a desire to be challenged by the opportunity to gain the experience of working in two successful hospitality driven restaurants.
