Bergamot is looking to hire a Bar Manager. The right candidate should have at least 1-2 years of bar management experience in fine dining service, with a solid foundation of spirits and wine knowledge. This person needs to be friendly, genuine, courteous, honest and creative. Candidates must have an innate sense of hospitality, strong work ethic and solid leadership skills. It has to be goal-oriented, highly organize and have a positive attitude. They are searching for someone who understands teamwork and has a strong sense of structure and discipline. Most importantly, you must have an unflinching dedication to hospitality and quality.
Applicants should expect to work directly with the owners and management team in an innovative, proactive and fun restaurant environment. Experience, positive attitude, and enthusiasm are essential as well the desire to share knowledge with the rest of the team through an education program.
