The right candidate should have at least 2 years of management experience in fine dining service, with a solid foundation of wine knowledge. This person needs to be friendly, genuine, courteous, and honest. Candidates must have an innate sense of hospitality, strong work ethic and solid leadership skills. It has to be goal-oriented, highly organize and have a positive attitude. They are searching for someone who understands teamwork and has a strong sense of structure and discipline. Most importantly, you must have an unflinching dedication to hospitality and quality.
