Benedetto, the upscale Italian restaurant from chef/owner Michael Pagliarini, is hiring a PM Pastry line cook. Working under the supervision of 2018 James Beard Semifinalist Chef Renae Connolly, Benedetto seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to join the team.
The pastry department at Benedetto offers a diverse and modern take on Italian desserts. Focusing on seasonal ingredients and a high level of execution, Chef Connolly offers the opportunity to hone skills and participate in one of the most exciting dessert programs the city has to offer.
Applicants should have at minimum one year experience in a professional pastry kitchen as well as a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Punctuality, cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent time management are required.
