Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, a neighborhood gem along one of Boston’s most coveted streets, is hiring a line cook. Bistro, by definition, is unpretentious, local and inviting. Their culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local ingredients with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. The 90+ seat restaurant also offers a number of private functions with their rooftop terrace. Their philosophy is that their guests’ experience will never exceed the experience of their employees, and therefore they are looking for people who can positively contribute to their team.
The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to assist in making their Chef’s creations come to life. They will work hard as a team to make sure every plate sings. Their culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local foods with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. From dicing vegetables, to plating a dish, every step should be done with precision and care. With an ever changing menu of fresh, seasonal ingredients, it is important to be creative and willing to experiment. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a high energy, fast paced environment as part of a team.
Candidates with at least one year of line cook experience and with the availability to work nights, and weekends are encouraged to apply.
