The Barking Crab is now considering candidates for server/bartenders. The Barking Crab has a pooled tips system, so the ability to work well with colleagues is a must. Located in the Seaport on the Fort Point Channel, we are an established, high-volume, fast paced, fun, casual dining environment. Candidates must have prior experience in high-volume service as both a bartender and server. Company specific training will be provided. Candidates must be able to multi-task and offer excellent customer service to multiple tables or to large events. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional servers who have availability to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts. Positive guest engagement experience, knowledge and execution of applicable policies, side work, and professionalism are required. Must be able to work for long periods of time on your feet, balance trays, and provide a positive, memorable guest experience.
Requirements:
– must have 2 years of high volume serving/bartending experience;
– must be TIPS certified (or equivalent);
– must be able to carry a minimum of 50 pounds;
– must be a team player;
– outgoing personality.
