Bar Mezzana, Chef Colin Lynch’s first independent restaurant, is now accepting resumes for Pastry Cook/Pastry Assistant. Bar Mezzana is a coastal Italian restaurant focusing on crudo, hand-made pasta, a compelling wine program, and craft cocktails.

As a Pastry Assistant you will be responsible for all that is involved with the prep, execution and cleanliness of the pastry program. You will be working directly with Pastry Chef Christina Larson and will be involved in plating, production and collaborating on creating new menu items. They will be looking for people who want to be involved in collaboration. You should be self-motivated and share a respect for each other, dedication to excellence and joy of Italian food.

Compensation will depend on experience. Hourly wages between $13 – $16/ Hour for qualified candidates. Benefits will be competitive.
