Bar Mezzana, Chef Colin Lynch’s first independent restaurant, is now accepting resumes for a pasta prep person. Bar Mezzana is a coastal Italian restaurant focusing on crudo, hand-made pasta, a compelling wine program, and craft cocktails.

As a prep person, you will be responsible for all that is involved with the prep, execution and cleanliness of your station. They will be looking for people who want to be involved in collaboration. Hourly wages between $13 – $16/hr based on experience plus a share of the pooled Kitchen Admin Fee for qualified Line Cooks. Benefits will be competitive.
