Bar Mezzana, a coastal Italian restaurant in the South End’s Ink Block, is now accepting resumés for Managers.
Chef Colin Lynch, along with partners Heather Lynch and Jefferson Macklin, opened Bar Mezzana in 2016. The team’s spirited journey brings the simplicity and beauty of coastal Italian cooking to a sleek, vibrant space at 360 Harrison Avenue. Aperol spritzes, an award-winning crudo menu, and a career steeped in pasta making are highlighted by genuine, warm service and hospitality.

Exceptional hospitality is at the core of Bar Mezzana’s identity. Their managers must have an understanding of, and passion for, hospitality and must convey this to the staff at all times. They must embrace and embody the culture they’ve been cultivating since they opened back in June of 2016. They must advocate for the staff they represent. The management role at Bar Mezzana is a very hands-on role and requires direct involvement in the nightly operations of the restaurant on a daily basis. The team dynamic is of paramount significance at Bar Mezzana.
Two years experience in Restaurant Management, preferably in restaurants with similar scope and vision to Bar Mezzana, is preferred. However, they’re ready and willing to show motivated applicants the ropes.
