Bar Mezzana – Back Servers

Bar Mezzana, Chef Colin Lynch’s first independent restaurant, is now accepting resumés for back servers.

Along with partners Heather Lynch and Jefferson Macklin, Chef Lynch opened Bar Mezzana, located in the South End’s Ink Block development, a coastal Italian restaurant focusing on crudo, hand-made pasta, a compelling wine program, and craft cocktails.

Back servers are tasked with supporting servers in nightly service. They are responsible for setting tables, clearing tables and overall maintenance of the dining room. Back servers are responsible with providing servers with all the tools they need to do their job – clean glassware, polished silverware, water. Back servers are expected to provide memorable dining experiences for their guests through genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Communication with front and back of the house is important for this position.

Bar Mezzana is a collaborative environment that fosters education and growth.
