Chef. The Head Chef of the french wine bar is looking for someone who has experience in fine dining as well as in volume based restaurants.
This is a great position for someone who is a cook or a lead line cook and wants to become a Sous chef and get all the chef knowledge. On top of that
contribute to the menu development, learn restaurant operations and management, and ordering.
The pay is based on 40 hours a week so no long hour shifts. If you want to devote yourself by becoming a better cook and a great chef this would be a great opportunity for you. It’s time to make a name for yourself.
