As a member of their kitchen management team you are a key player in the whole kitchen’s operation. This is a great opportunity to learn, gain experience and sharpen skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervision of staff, prep, line work, ordering, inventory, developing specials, assisting in menu development, and maintaining food safety standards.

Job requirements are the ability to lift 50+ pounds, be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, and the ability to work a 55+ hour work week. Weekends and holidays are a must. Compensation depends on experience.
