Aquitaine, the award winning French bistro in Boston’s South End, is about to emerge from an extensive renovation. They are looking to hire only a few line cooks. Full and part-time shifts are available, weekend availability is a must. Applicants must have at least two years of experience working in a high end, fine dining restaurant; background in classic French cookery is a plus. Evening availability is a requited.
