A regionally and nationally acclaimed restaurant is looking to add a sous chef to their team. Management experience at a fine dining or progressive restaurant is preferred but not required. A great attitude, solid culinary foundation, and a desire to serve the best food in the city are a must. Applicants should have a strong background in meat and fish butchery, line cooking, working clean and organized, and being part of a team.
