Qualified candidates should have professional experience cooking for families in private residences, where you are the sole chef and able to adapt to changing schedules at short notice. Must be capable of preparing 3 meals a day for 4-12 people on your own. Experience in gluten-free cooking/baking as well as the flexibility to accommodate guests’ dietary needs (dairy-free, vegan, etc.). Willing to learn from and follow strict recipes. Have the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Must be willing to travel frequently. Boston-based candidates preferred.
Must be organized to provision and order in advance.
The position can be physically demanding, and you will need to carry heavy supplies up/down several flights of stairs several times a day as well as when provisioning. You will need to have a good level of fitness and will need to pass a basic medical examination.
Must be comfortable sharing accommodations with fellow coworkers. Must have clear criminal and credit history.
