Award winning Brookline restaurant is looking for a dynamic, skilled, career minded manager with a passion for hospitality interested in a unique opportunity in the restaurant industry. Work with a Chef and Owner Operated Restaurateur to manage and operate a fine dining restaurant with a focus on farm inspired cuisine and an award winning wine list.
Manager is responsible for support with all daily aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, scheduling, event execution and overseeing and is also responsible for the daily management of the floor. Supports the owners with leadership of the restaurant. A minimum of 1 year experience in an upscale dining establishment required. In addition, one year management experience preferred, but not required. Looking for someone competent with word processing, social media execution, as well as experience with Resy/Reserve a plus. Must be an organized, energetic with strong communication and customer service skills.
Manager Must have:
- 1+ Years Experience in Upscale Dining or High Volume Setting
- Competence with word processing, Social Media, and experience with Open Table a plus.
- Must be organized, energetic with strong communications and customer service skills.
