A local restaurant group with several outposts is looking for a General Manager to lead all aspects of business at one of their outlets. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent guest experience.
General Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. They want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with guests and balance seating capacity. You will also be in charge of hiring, training, setting work schedules, and comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
They’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift the staff during busy moments in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and guests have pleasant dining experiences.
