Metrowest restaurant seeks Executive Chef! The executive chef is directly responsible for the culinary operations. This position will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to all back of house team members, in additional to developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with the front of house management team. Responsibilities include all day-to-day operations, menu design, staffing, revenue growth, cost and margin control, maintaining food standards, monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals.
Significant kitchen management experience required, ideally in a high volume setting
